- This Is Jinsy Review added: 2018.03.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shoddy service - dire customer service. Ordered a fireplace and flueless gas fire. What we didn't know and what wasn't asked was how big our room is.
It took our gas engineer to point out that the room we wanted the fire in is too small - the salesman didn't ask and we didn't know.
We asked for a refund only to be told that once the fireplace was ordered we couldn't cancel it. This wasn't mentioned when ordered.
Bains Fireplaces weren't interested.
