Very misleading and unclear on groupon, offer states highlights but hidden in the small print is a very specific statement saying it has to be bleach. When the appointment was booked this was not made clear and then on arrival the salon were very unhelpful and rude and refused to give money back. Ended up with a £23 cut yet paid £35 in groupon. Seems like this is a very common problem yet they don’t make it more clear on groupon!
