Staff didn't seem to be around much, and one admitted to me that she hadn't got round to sending out parcel notifications for a couple of days! This is frustrating when you've been expecting mail and it's just been sat there.
Building was not clean hallways had food spills that were never cleaned, communal areas were OK but would often have duty floors. Washing machines smelt damp and horrid.
