I was in the shop yesterday for a hour and nothing was done to help me, after spending roughly 8 hours on the phone to them last week and being passed to 6 or 7 different people I have still not had the issue resolved. staff in the shop told me i can fill out a complaint on there web page which was clearly yet another lie! I have also sent emails of my complaint which have been discarded! DO NOT GET A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
