  Took my Nieces little Fiesta in for a tyre change, within minutes they highlighted a failed ShockAbsorber, which was blatantly obvious to me when shown as it was dripping in fluid, then when taking off one of the wheels, a wheel stud sheared off in front of my own eyes, as a previous garage has crossed the thread.
  
  So now I’m stuck with a car with three wheel studs.
  
  So what did Venture do?
  
  …. as I walked into the office to ask for advice, Shaun (Owner Partner) was talking on the phone, I waited for him to finish, only to find out that he had already ordered the stud and new wheel nuts, and then asked if I wanted new ShockAbsorbers as well. Didn’t want to get the shocks from Ford as OEM were too expensive. Yes please, says I.
  
  To which he swung around grabbed a set of keys and said, take the “Loner”, and we’ll call you tomorrow when its done.
  
  …. wow ….
  
  I didn’t even ask.
  
  A message at 11:24 next day confirming its all done and come and collect.
  
  Jumped in the Loner, paid the very fairly priced bill, jumped in my car and away did drive…..
  
  I cannot fault, the service, the attitude, the mannerism, the friendliness or the bill
