I defiantly agree with all the bad reviews and I deeply regret renting from Terry Olpin. Have been living in their St.Nicholas flat and it was a nightmare. Their property is horrible, old, cold and damp. It is a disgusting dirty falling-apart house with old windows and rats included. Every day there is something new which needs to be fixed.
Desperately tried to chase them but they don't care about anything.
They recently changed the owner but honestly I think they are more worst than the one before.
Not professional at all and thieves:
It was even a nightmare to get of the contract because you HAVE TO FIND someone else who will replace you unless you'll be charged of £150!!!! And it is incredibly difficult find someone willing to move in one of their property due to the condition of the flat. So be careful with that too.
I feel disgusted
