- Billy Steyn Review added: 2018.03.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Shocking service. Phoned two weeks ago about a Samsung microwave that was leaking radiation, and was told that it would be replaced the following week. It never got replaced and phoned to find out what was going on just to be told that there was no notes on my previous call and it wont be replaced, and they will send someone to fix it. This microwave is only 3 months old but already faulty and we only use it to heat up brownies in it.
