Put our car in to have work done on windscreen wipers. Paid for the work and on the journey home realised that the rear wiper (previously fine) had stopped working. Took the car back in so that they could rectify the problem. No communication from them for 3 days and then told it was another issue costing £300.
Decided to pick up the car up and go elsewhere to get the work done. Walking up to the car and noticed a large scrape on the front wing. He wasn't there so had to speak to him on Monday morning. I spoke to Luccombe garage next door so that they were aware.
I told him about the damage to the car and he refused to do anything. He said that he wasn't there and doesn't know anything about it. I informed him that he is obliged by law to be responsible for the damage. His attitude remained ignorant and he refused to speak to me.
We'll be getting in touch with insurers and trading standards.
