  Although the bar for property companies is quite low, JJFox does business well below it.
  
  I had many, many issues with their practices and have highlighted a few:
  
  They told me clearly that my property came with all the things present during my tour of it. This was unfortunately a lie. The property was advertised as furnished but came entirely unfurnished. When I told them I wasn't happy, they tried to cover up by modifying paperwork.
  They were rude and unhelpful when contacted for repairs or other issues.
  They took 3 weeks to provide us with a full set of keys.
  They charge unreasonable fees to both the landlord and the tenant.
  When I discovered that the kitchen extractor fan didn't work (it was somehow full of paint, turning it on covered my food in dry paint flecks) they told me that it was decorative and was never intended to be used! Seriously!
  They told me that the rent would be long term, despite being aware that the owner was in the process of selling the property.
  
  The list goes on. I realise that sometimes one has to bear bad companies if they are managing a good property, but JJFox may well be bad enough to warrant letting a good property go. It's just not worth the headache it comes with.
