It seems as though the ladies who run the Bristol branch have come very little knowledge on running a professional business or simply replying to an email. They have no regard for their tenants and will in fact spin out a web of excuses before getting anything done- in regards to maintenance.
If you find yourself already in a tenancy agreement with them then good luck to you and remember to treat with the same (little) level of respect that they treat us.
