I was expecting the same delay but to my surprise Google box response was the quickest in any customer experience i have had. They called me within an hour and booked an engineer visit straight away. Engineer was spot on on time. They collected the tv for repair. All along the process they updated me with the status of repair. Everytime i called them the staff was very welcoming. Good tho know that atleast someone here is doing an amazing job and is delivering above customer's expectations. They have delivered my tv today. I highly recomend google box if someone is looking for a repair. !!!!
