  After looking into different charities for months I then found Deki, a microfinance charity that offers loans and business training to people in poverty. I fell in love with the transparency of the organisation and the information that the friendly staff can provide. A no stone left unturned approach that allowed me to have full faith that my donations were making a difference. The website is easy to use and from as little as £10 you can offer loans directly to entrepreneurs. I feel privileged to be able to contribute and I can highly recommend this organisation to anyone that's looking to give back.

  Hi my name is Ann and I live on Long Island, New York in the USA
  I love the charity Deki! There are just so many charities and of course we would like to be able to support them all but that isn't possible, so which one do we support? I was introduced to Deki by my niece in England. I love this charity because you really can choose where your money is going. You read the stories of people who need money to be able to help support themselves to make a living and then to be self sufficient. It's all too easy to give a handout but people need to work out how to make their lives better and they can do this with the loan of money from Deki.
  You can then see how they are doing and the money that they are paying back from the loan. This is truly an exciting think to witness. You are then able to loan the money you receive back to help someone else get off their feet, exciting!
  For those hard to find gifts for family members or friends, a Deki gift certificate is wonderful as they can have fun picking who they would like to help. Support Deki today and help a life, I highly recommend it!
