- Jan Parkin Review added: 2018.03.20★ ★ ★ ★ ★Too often these days banks get a raw deal but the girls in this branch of the Co-op (Kingwood Bristol) go the extra mile and always with such compassion whilst keeping their professional manner with a smile. I don't like singling people out but both Lucie and Rachael deserve a big pat on the back from their boss and a big hefty bonus from their regional manager! They deal with me with such professionalism and nothing is ever too much trouble, they even have time to chat to me and listen to my 'never ending story'. I personally showed my gratitude to them with a small token of a box of biscuits, some choccies and a card. It was the least I could do! Once again, thank you Co-op bank in Kingwood, and ladies, you are a true credit to your company. Janene Parkin
