The bike was configured entirely incorrectly on my behalf but now Andy has saved me no end of back pain and knee issues. Feels a lot better to ride. The bike fit is no quick and easy task but he made it really clear in describing why things needed to change and helped me with some physio too. Brilliant place! Thanks, Jonny
