Really good communication - I booked for MOT and full service and was told they would call me only if it failed the MOT before going ahead with the service and that it would be ready by a specified time. I received a call about a couple of minor fixes and we confirmed my pickup time, prices and work were clearly communicated to me at all times. Wouldn't hesistate to recommend them or use them again. The location is also really convenient for central Bristol, only about a ten or 15 minute walk into town if you are having a few hours' work done, or there's a cafe across the road if you want to wait, too.
