  Booked a taxi over the phone an hour and a half before we needed it to turn up at 6:45pm as we had to be somewhere at 7.15pm last night. The time came and no taxi, we called them to ask where it was 7pm and were told they were 5 minutes away. 7:10pm still no taxi, called again to be told he was in Easton. It showed up 7:20! We got in and the driver said your taxi is a bit late, and he told us that the office called through the job to him at 6:45pm (the time we were supposed to be picked up) and he was in the middle of the city centre. I would not recommend this company if you need to be somewhere on time! Awful customer service and not reliable at all. Very unhappy.
