Bruce has serviced our stove for many years, ever since we had it installed. He's always on time, makes a real effort to fit us in as immediately as possible, when is best for us. I really appreciate his frank honesty regarding what he sees of our stove and his assessment of what improvements we could make, be it the quality of fuel, need for additives, a fan or a thermometer, he tells it how it is.
