After several phone calls to the shop and now just 11 days until my wedding day, I am still without my dress. After ordering it in January with only 5 months to go, the shop assistant reassured me that although it was "cutting it fine" that if I paid an extra £40, this would guarantee my dress would be ready earlier than the standard 14-16 weeks. It is now 17 weeks since I ordered it. Since purchasing the dress, I have looked on their website and discovered that my dress is being advertised as £150 less than what I paid, which is almost half price. Either way i will still have an unforgettable wedding day, but fingers crossed its for all the right reasons and not because i end up walking down the aisle in my onesie.
