A friendly and professional service tailored to mine and my dogs needs! Po is always excited to arrive and comes out looking smelling and feeling amazing! I'm shocked to read the below negative review - think they have the wrong place! Claire is always polite, friendly and bubbly and Po is always safe in the grooming room behind a locked door or in a (big) cage waiting for me to return. I see the friendly yard dogs running around regularly but never customers dogs - for their own safety no doubt. Po has never come back looking scruffy! Though I'm sure if she did Claire would sort it without hesitation. As she did immediately when I asked for a little bit more off the tail during my last visit! 5* highly recommended, thanks Claire!
